Security Officer - dual service

Job Title: Dual Service Security Officer - includes 20% cleaning duties weekly

Location: Quedam Shopping Centre, Yeovil

Your day-to-day duties will include:

• Covering the Security and Cleaning services on site
• Cleaning tasks include emptying bins, litter picking and ad hoc duties set by the site leas
• Using cleaning equipment and machinery and handling chemicals
• Security tasks include patrolling of premises to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure security of doors, windows, and gates are secure at all times
• Proactive interaction with the general public offering superb customer service at all times
• Performing regular health and safety checks
• Regular and accurate report writing for management
• Dealing with first aid situations when they arise (trained staff only)
• Carrying out any other reasonable management requests

As a Dual Service Operative, you will need:

· Valid SIA Licence and First Aid certification
